1. Company Information

These Terms and Conditions apply to Atlasgate Trading (Company Registration No. 79807778), a company registered in Hong Kong, with registered office at 8/F, China Hong Kong Tower, 8–12 Hennessy Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By placing a purchase order with Atlasgate Trading, accessing our website, or entering into any trade relationship, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.

3. B2B Nature of Business

Atlasgate Trading operates exclusively as a business-to-business (B2B) wholesale supplier. Our products and services are intended solely for registered businesses, retailers, distributors, importers and trade buyers. We do not sell directly to individual consumers.

4. Orders & Contracts

All orders must be submitted in writing via purchase order. A binding contract is only formed upon written acceptance of a purchase order by Atlasgate Trading. We reserve the right to decline any order at our discretion. Minimum order quantities (MOQs) apply and will be communicated at the time of enquiry.

5. Pricing

All prices are quoted in USD or HKD unless otherwise agreed. Prices are valid for the period stated in the quotation. Atlasgate Trading reserves the right to adjust prices due to material cost changes, currency fluctuations or supply chain disruptions, with prior written notice.

6. Payment Terms

Standard payment terms are 50% deposit upon order confirmation and 50% balance prior to dispatch, unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept bank transfer (TT), Letter of Credit (L/C), and other methods as agreed. All bank charges are the responsibility of the buyer.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including text, images, logos and product descriptions, is the intellectual property of Atlasgate Trading or its licensors. Reproduction or redistribution without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

8. Product Compliance

It is the buyer's sole responsibility to verify that all imported products comply with the applicable safety regulations, labelling requirements and import laws in their destination market. Atlasgate Trading makes no representations or warranties regarding the suitability of products for any specific regulatory jurisdiction.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Hong Kong law, Atlasgate Trading's liability in connection with any order shall not exceed the invoice value of the goods in question. We shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential or special damages arising from the use or inability to use our products.

10. Force Majeure

Atlasgate Trading shall not be liable for any delay or failure to perform its obligations where such delay or failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, pandemics, governmental restrictions, or port congestion.

11. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Hong Kong courts.

12. Amendments

Atlasgate Trading reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued engagement after the publication of revised terms constitutes acceptance of the changes.
