Everything you need to know about how we ship your wholesale orders.

Order Processing
All B2B orders are processed within 3–5 business days upon receipt of confirmed purchase order and payment arrangement. Orders are not dispatched until full payment or agreed trade credit terms have been established.
Shipping Methods
Atlasgate Trading ships worldwide via reputable freight carriers including DHL, FedEx, UPS and sea freight for large volume orders. The choice of shipping method will be confirmed at the time of order based on the volume, destination, and urgency.
- Air Freight: Estimated 5–10 business days for international destinations.
- Sea Freight (FCL/LCL): Estimated 15–35 business days depending on destination port.
- Express Courier: Available for small sample orders or urgent shipments; 3–7 business days internationally.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight, volume and destination of the shipment. All shipping charges will be clearly communicated and agreed upon in writing prior to dispatch. For large FCL orders, shipping terms (EXW, FOB, CIF) will be negotiated on a per-order basis.
Customs, Duties & Taxes
The buyer is solely responsible for all import duties, taxes, customs clearance fees and any other charges levied by the destination country. Atlasgate Trading will provide all necessary export documentation including commercial invoices, packing lists and certificates of origin where required.
Tracking & Notifications
Once your order has been dispatched, a shipment confirmation email with tracking details will be sent to the registered email address. For sea freight shipments, a Bill of Lading and relevant shipping documents will be provided.
Damage or Loss in Transit
In the unlikely event of damage or loss during transit, please notify us at admin@atlasgatetrading.com within 5 business days of receipt (or expected delivery date). We will work with you to initiate a freight insurance claim where applicable.
