Our returns and refund policy for B2B wholesale orders.

General Policy

As a B2B wholesale supplier, Atlasgate Trading operates a strict but fair returns policy. All sales are considered final unless the goods received are defective, damaged, or materially different from the agreed purchase order specifications.

Eligibility for Returns

Returns may be accepted under the following circumstances:

  • Products are confirmed defective or fail to meet agreed product specifications.
  • Products received are demonstrably different from those ordered (wrong SKU, wrong colour, wrong quantity exceeding a 2% variance).
  • Products arrive damaged due to inadequate packaging by Atlasgate Trading.

Returns will not be accepted for change of mind, over-ordering, or market conditions beyond Atlasgate Trading's control.

Returns Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  • Contact us at admin@atlasgatetrading.com within 14 calendar days of receiving the goods.
  • Provide your purchase order number, a written description of the issue, and photographic evidence of the defect or damage.
  • Our team will review your claim within 5 business days and provide a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number if approved.
  • Goods must be returned in their original packaging using a tracked shipping method. Returns sent without an RMA number will be refused.

Return Shipping Costs

Where a return is approved due to our error (defective or wrong goods), Atlasgate Trading will cover the return shipping cost or arrange collection. Where the return is for any other reason, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

Refunds

Once returned goods are received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome within 5 business days. If approved, a refund or credit note will be issued within 14 business days via the original payment method or as a credit against a future order, at our discretion.

Samples

We strongly encourage all new buyers to request product samples prior to placing bulk orders to verify product quality and suitability. Sample costs are non-refundable.
